Key Responsibilities :
Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problem.
Coordinate with production sites to identify the required inspection plans and quality standards.
Knowledge in garment manufacturing, knowledge in both woven & knitted items, tops & bottoms
Execute inspections assigned by head office in a timely manner
Conduct audits in the manufacturing sites of the company, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure in compliance with the set policies and procedures
Manage all compliance requirements and provide solutions and recommendations
Keep abreast of the industrial trends in social compliance
Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standard requirements for Europe
Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years experience in garment's Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Good time management and communication skills, can work under pressure and meet tight schedules
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good knowledge of computer skills (email & excel)
Advanced knowledge in pattern creation, grading and sample creation with the ability to provide effective and cost efficient pattern and workmanship solutions and an understanding of apparel construction, material construction and properties related to fit.
