Key Responsibilities :

Plan and review full spectrum of quality policy associated product specification and customer requirement to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problem.
Coordinate with production sites to identify the required inspection plans and quality standards.
Knowledge in garment manufacturing, knowledge in both woven & knitted items, tops & bottoms
Execute inspections assigned by head office in a timely manner
Conduct audits in the manufacturing sites of the company, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure in compliance with the set policies and procedures
Manage all compliance requirements and provide solutions and recommendations
Keep abreast of the industrial trends in social compliance
Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standard requirements for Europe

Requirements :

Degree holder in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years experience in garment's Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Good time management and communication skills, can work under pressure and meet tight schedules
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good knowledge of computer skills (email & excel)
Advanced knowledge in pattern creation, grading and sample creation with the ability to provide effective and cost efficient pattern and workmanship solutions and an understanding of apparel construction, material construction and properties related to fit.

申請資格及方式

申請資格所有按照《商業登記條例》(第310章)在香港登記,並在香港有實質業務運作的非上市企業。每個項目最高資助金額港幣100萬元正。每間企業可獲資助的項目及累積資助金額上限每家企業的合共最多可獲資助核准項目及最高累計積資助上限「自貿協定及投資協定計劃」和「內地計劃」)分別為六十個核准項目及港幣六百萬元正。


*已於2021 年 7 月 30日起實施。

撥款發放方式申請企業可選擇以方式[1]申領首期撥款或方式[2]不申領首期撥款提交項目申請。(申請企業可選擇[1] 或[2]方式)資助發放及財務管理安排及要求,包括擔保安排,詳情請參考「自貿協定及投資協定計劃」申請指引第5段。

項目推行時間最多24個月 ( 如推行時間為18個月以上至24個月的項目,企業需提交涵蓋項目推行首12個月的進度報告及年度經審計帳目。)

申請項目類別

任何一個或多個符合本計劃範疇:(i)發展品牌;(ii)升級轉型;及(iii)拓展營銷市場,協助個別香港企業提升競爭力及發展自貿協定及投資協定市場的項目,均合資格申請本計劃的資助。共有兩類符合資格的項目:

撰寫「全盤業務計劃」實施計劃中全部或部份項目

企業委聘合資格服務提供者制定有關發展品牌、升級轉型及/或拓展營銷的全盤業務發展計劃,以提升企業在自貿協定及投資協定市場的競爭力,及促進在自貿協定及投資協定市場業務的發展。

企業自行及/或委任其他執行機構推行發展品牌、升級轉型及/或拓展營銷市場的特定措施,以提升企業在自貿協定及投資協定市場的競爭力,及促進在自貿協定及投資協定市場業務的發展。

文件類別描述

​申請指引申請指引提供了一份詳盡的指導文件以協助申請者填寫申請表,申請指引記錄了一般資料介紹、申請資格、項目及資助金額、申請及審批程序、項目監督、發還資助、查詢及其他附加參考資料。

申請提示提供了對申請項目所須符合的要求,讓企業在申請前加以注意和考慮。

不獲資助之費用提供列表不獲本計劃資助的項目開支(下稱不獲准開支)。資料將會按需要作出修訂/更新。

合資格服務提供者(適用於「第(i)類申請」)

申請企業可委聘合資格服務提供者代為撰寫全盤業務計劃,為確保實施資助專案的服務提供者有一定質素,申請企業聘用的服務提供者須符合以下資格:

按《商業登記條例》(第 310 章)註冊,或屬香港的法定機構,或擁有有效自貿協定及投資協定市場營業執照的公司(只適用於自貿協定及投資協定計劃) ;及

成立 1 年或以上;及完成 5 個有關品牌、升級轉型或拓展行銷的專案;及顧問服務的負責人需有 5 年或以上與項目相關經驗,及須要全程參與顧問項目。

服務提供者必須提供有效之證明文件包括公司之背景、雇員之工作經驗及有關之項目資料等。本執行機構將就以上所遞交的證明文件進行查核。

BUD 專項基金執行機構並沒有指定任何公司或機構提供與專項基金相關之收費服務(包括協助企業提交申請、制定全盤業務發展計劃及執行項目)。

提交申請

計劃全年均接受申請。申請審批程序現由每季度審批一次改為全年持續審批處理。
